The heaviest boucle that we carry with the largest loops. A very "cushy" yarn.
95% Mohair, 5% Nylon, 4 oz. skein, approx 145 yds./skein.
Knitting gauge: 12st/4" on size 13 needle; 10st/4" on size 15 needle; 6st/4" on size 19 needle.
This yarn is great for scarves, shawls, accents in projects, felting, etc.
How much do you need?
Knitted Scarves:
One skein will make a scarf approx. 6" x 60" on size 13 or 15 needles or approx. 8" x 60" on a size 19 needle.
Two skeins will make a scarf approx. 10" x 72" on a size 13 needle, 12" x 60" on a size 15 needle, 12" x 80" or 10" x 96" on a size 19 needle.
Knitted Shawls:
On a size 13 or 15 needle: 4 skeins = approx. 20" x 72" shawl; 5 skeins = approx. 25" x 72"
On a size 19 needle: 3 skeins = approx 20" x 72" shawl; 4 skeins = approx. 27" x 72"
